OUR CLIENT-FIRST QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

EMG’s Quality Management System (QMS) is demonstrative of our on-going commitment to effective communication, cooperative operations, and delivery of products and services that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. With every aspect of our business we consider our client first. Prior to the development of our Client-First QMS, we pursued and received the ISO 9001 certification from the AFAQ Group. Moving forward, we are committed to taking Quality to the next level; advancing the current ISO 9001 system to a customized EMG Quality Management System customized to our client’s core business; enabling our clients to receive the level of quality necessary for their success.

Our QMS is built on the principles of individual responsibility for quality and metrics, and is guided by EMG’s drive for continuous improvement. It is designed to deliver client-focused results and satisfaction, and is integrated throughout EMG’s structure and processes. The overall objective of our QMS is to provide clients with products and services that (1) meet our client’s individual quality standards, (2) meet our client’s specifications (3) are delivered on time, and (4) comply with regulatory requirements. EMG monitors and ensures quality through documented checkpoints throughout the performance of our products and services.
