» Phase I environmental assessment including extensive topographical analysis of grounds including wetlands, flood plain, soils, geology, and ground water.
» Evaluation of fire code and ADA compliance at 79,000 square-foot medical building. Client used information to negotiate improvements to parking layout with adjoining hospital to improve ADA compliance.
» Environmental site assessment at 500,000 square-foot office building found faulty HVAC ductwork was creating mold. EMG provided plans, means, and methods for owner to replace ductwork without interruption to tenants’ businesses.
