We perform more than 1300 extensive property condition and environmental site assessment in the retail sector, per year, ranging from one property to large portfolios. Our retail sector projects have included:

» Phase I environmental study at the Mall of America that included evaluation of interior and exterior of all major building components to assess needs for repairs and replacement of features. The study included a thorough evaluation of all potentially hazardous waste material including underground storage tanks, transformers and electrical equipment, chemicals, and medical waste.
» Assessment of mold remediation plan at a Florida strip mall. We provided assistance and guidance to contractor and owner to ensure procedures in plan were followed and would be effective. We also provided post remediation visual and air sampling inspection.
