EMG consults with Mike Scott, a management-training expert, several times a year, providing interactive training sessions for EMG employees on enhancing leadership skills and accountability. Mike Scott conducts programs for Fortune 1,000 companies such as McDonalds, Ernst & Young and CIGNA.

The Enhancing Leadership Skills and Accountability training provides skills and techniques focused on developing leaders that are more effective by emphasizing organization-wide accountability. The program is aimed at boosting the skill levels of employee productivity and communication in the workplace, and covers how to make meetings shorter and more productive. The skills, techniques and messaging of ownership, accountability and self-motivation are evident every day in our employees, on a professional level, as well as personally.
