format may be tailored—to meet the needs of our clients. Our Phase
I scope of work can be tailored to meet either the ASTM E 1527-00 or the ASTM E 1527-05 Standard for Environmental
Assessments and may include additional items such as testing for asbestos,
lead-based paint, radon and water quality.

includes a description of the property, improvements, utility services
and the environmental setting, including topography, geology and
hydrogeology |

Review includes a review of historic maps, city directories, title
records, local and state regulatory files for the project and surrounding
properties, back to the property's first developed use |

Project Reconnaissance
includes a description of current operations, occupants of adjacent
facilities and the surrounding area; potential environmental concerns
identified are confirmed with on-site personnel |
