ENVIRONMENTAL

EMG's Environmental Services identify and evaluate recognized environmental conditions, which may result in financial or regulatory liability for owners and lenders or may cause a reduction in collateral value of the real estate. Services include lender and pre-acquisition due diligence, industrial hygiene assessments, subsurface characterization and peer report review and consulting. In all of these areas, EMG continues to evaluate and assist in developing new and improved approaches to conducting environmental due diligence.
