Asbestos Surveys
Asbestos-Containing Material (ACM) Inspection
Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) Inspection is a part of The
National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP)
that requires all buildings to be inspected for asbestos prior to
demolition or renovation. The National Emissions Standards for
Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) were established by The US
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to regulate and manage
pollutants, such as asbestos, that can harm the environment.
The elements of an Asbestos-Containing Material (ACM) Inspection
include:
- Identify locations and quantities of asbestos containing
material (ACM)
- Provide decision intelligence with reasonable corrective
actions, plans to manage ACM, and recommendations that will help
you move forward with your project
