Building Evaluation Report

A Building Evaluation Report provides a complete and thorough visual inspection of all buildings (exterior and interior), grounds, components, and existing building operational support systems for a facility. It is performed in preparation of a major repair and alteration project. The evaluation is the basis for development of a comprehensive repair, alteration and improvement program.

There are three distinct goals of this project: detailed information needed to make a 5+ year investment plan; the long-term information needed to make strategic decisions; and a review of the structure, documentation, maintainability and reliability of maintenance programs at the building.
