BOMA ADA Assessment

The BOMA ADA assessment is based upon plans, specifications, general site investigation, and any other provided reports or surveys. A checklist of items required for compliance with Title III of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) is completed. The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International ADA Compliance checklist is also utilized to compare the ADA Title III provisions against the existing and/or planned property improvements.
