Facilities Condition Audit (FCA)
The Facilities Condition Audit (FCA) is designed to identify use, condition, and alignment with the institution’s goals. The project approach to collect, document, and analyze the audit data is designed to achieve the following:

Rank and prioritize maintenance needs by severity and anticipated life cycle; |

Locate deficiencies utilizing the existing facility AutoCAD drawings; |

Identify the extent and severity of the deferred maintenance liability; |

Identify, prioritize, and schedule deferred maintenance reduction projects that best take advantage of available funds and improve the functional aspects of the facilities; |

Identify the resources needed to maintain the operability, suitability, and value of the capital assets given their current function. |
